• Accommodation is subject to availability and reservations require a 40% deposit at time of booking.

• Payment is required in full 6 weeks prior to your stay.

• A £250 damage deposit is payable in addition to each booking, refundable shortly after your stay.

• Cancellations within one month of stay are non-refundable.

• Prices quoted for the gîte are for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.

• Check in - the gîte is available after 4pm.

• Check out - before 10am.

• Prices can be paid in euros or pound sterling equals.

• Sorry, no pets allowed.

• Low season - A complementary basket of wood is provided. Additional wood may be purchased by arrangement subject to availability.
